Countries With the Biggest Penises
Ecuador, Republic of the Congo, Nigeria, Venezuela, Colombia, Ghana, Cameroon, Sudan and DR Congo are among the countries that regularly appear near the top of international penis size rankings.
African and South American countries dominate the top of most lists. The exact order changes between studies.
Countries With the Smallest Penises
Several Asian countries appear near the bottom of international average penis size rankings. Thailand, Cambodia, Nepal, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, South Korea and the Philippines are among the countries with the smallest reported averages.
Obviously this doesn't mean every guy from these countries has a small dick. There are guys with big and small cocks everywhere.
Average Penis Size Around the World
Large medical studies generally put the average erect penis at around 13–14 cm, or roughly 5.1–5.5 inches.
There is plenty of variation between individual dicks. A country having an average of 14 cm obviously doesn't mean every guy there has a 14 cm cock.
Penis Size by Continent
Africa
African countries occupy many of the highest positions in international penis-size rankings. Central and West African countries in particular frequently appear near the top.
South America
Ecuador, Venezuela, Colombia and Brazil have some of the highest reported averages in South America.
North America
Penis sizes vary across North America, Central America and the Caribbean. Several Caribbean countries rank higher than the United States and Canada.
Europe
Most European countries sit somewhere around the middle of the worldwide ranking. The Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark and several Balkan countries appear toward the higher end of European penis-size tables.
Asia
Asia has many of the countries appearing near the bottom of international penis-size rankings, although averages vary considerably across the continent.
Oceania
There is much less penis-size data available for many countries in Oceania. Australia and New Zealand have more information available than many of the small Pacific island countries.
Does Penis Size Vary by Country?
Studies have found geographical differences in average penis size, although the exact country rankings vary considerably.
Different studies use different groups of men, sample sizes and measuring methods. Some measurements are taken by researchers while others are self-reported. Guys measuring their own dicks also have a habit of adding a little.
How to Measure Penis Size
Penis length is normally measured along the top of the dick from the pubic bone to the tip of the glans. Medical studies often use bone-pressed measurements so that fat above the penis doesn't fuck up the measurement.
Penises can be measured flaccid, stretched or erect. If you want to compare dick sizes properly, don't mix the three measurements.
