Gayborhood

A gay village (also called a gayborhood or gaybourhood) is a neighborhood (or, sometimes, a city or town) with generally accepted boundaries that is inhabited or patronized by large numbers of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) people. Gay villages often have a number of gay-oriented businesses, including gay bars and pubs, nightclubs, bathhouses, restaurants, boutiques, and bookstores.
