Stay close to Ekkamai Road if nightlife is your main reason for visiting. The smaller side streets are quieter and better for longer stays. Condos and serviced apartments are common and often include kitchens, pools and monthly rates.

Most hotels in the area are used to guests bringing company back, but some ask visitors to leave identification at reception or charge a joiner fee. Ask before booking if you plan to bring hookers, escorts or casual hookups to your room.
