Foreskin
Foreskin is the fold of skin covering the head (glans) of the penis. Most males are born with a foreskin, although it may later be removed by circumcision for religious, cultural or medical reasons.
During sexual arousal the foreskin can move back and expose the head of the penis. It contains many nerve endings and can play a role in sexual sensation and masturbation.
Men with a foreskin should normally pull it back when washing the penis to prevent the buildup of smegma and keep the area clean.
