LINE is an application which is often the main messaging app in Thailand and many other Asian countries. It is very popular with escorts and casual sex hookups, since many western men dont like to share their WhatsApp number which they only like to use for business and friend purposes. So to keep their privacy they like to donwnload the LINE app and then communicate with one night stands and hookers thru this. Asking for someone's LINE ID is very common in Thailand and many people move their conversations from dating apps and websites to LINE.
