Fashion health

Fashion health, also referred to as "fashion massage," is a type of massage parlor that defies Japanese regulations by providing different services. Many Japanese "fashion health" massage parlors do dispense sexual services, but no sexual penetration.

Most of Japan's bigger cities such as Tokyo and Osaka are home to fashion health clubs, which are housed in actual buildings with flashing lights and kitschy design.
