El Poblado is the main foreigner nightlife and Escort zone of Medellín, Colombia. El Poblado is is the fancy part of Medellin. You will have nightclubs, hotels, rooftop lounges and many foreigners acting like the place was built for them. It is cleaner than downtown. Parque Lleras has the old sex-tourism reputation, while Provenza is the newer, prettier nightlife zone.
Calle 62 is entered in El Poblado neighborhood specifically around the Parque Lleras area and is one of the most best bar streets in world.

El Poblado is not cheap Medellín. El Poblado feels safer than downtown, and that is why idiots relax. The streets are cleaner, the bars are nicer and the girls look more polished, but Medellín is still Medellín. Most bad stories start with drugs, prostitution, dating apps, heavy drinking, private apartments or guys acting like Poblado is a Latin Disneyland.
