Clitoromegaly
Clitoromegaly is an abnormally large clitoris. Clitoromegaly is an abnormally large clitoris , and may be present at birth or acquired from hormonal or medical causes . The size of the clitoris varies naturally from girl to girl.
A woman with clitoromegaly doesn't necessarily have a higher libido, stronger orgasms or more interest in sex. A big clitoris is just a physical feature. Big clitoris, big clit and huge clit are also terms found in adult searches.
Clitoromegaly can sometimes be a niche physical feature in pornography and escort advertisements. Some prostitutes and escorts advertize unusual physical characteristics because some customers look specifically for them, much the same way escort directories have categories for BBW escorts, Pregnant escorts, MILF escorts, Mature escorts, Petite escorts and other types of prostitutes and escorts.
A particularly huge clitoris can thus become part of how an escort advertizes herself although it doesn’t necessarily mean that she charges more or offers different escort services. It’s usually through escort directories, profile filters and search terms that customers seeking unusual physical characteristics find them, not regular escort agencies.
