Tryst
Tryst or Tryst.link is an international escort directory used by independent escorts to advertise their services. It was launched in 2018 by Assembly Four, an Australian sex-worker-led technology collective which also created the sex worker social network Switter.
Tryst has listings for female, male, non-binary and trans escorts. Escorts create their own profiles with photos, location, rates, availability, incall and outcall information and other details. The site is particularly popular in Australia, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, although profiles can be found in many other countries.
One thing Tryst does better than many old escort classifieds is verification. Advertisers have to complete photo verification before their profile goes live. This cuts down some of the fake profiles and stolen photos which have always been a pain in the ass on escort sites, although verification obviously doesn't mean every booking will be trouble free.
Tryst is mostly used by independent girls and guys rather than traditional escort agencies. Customers browse the advertisements and contact the escort they want to see. Rates are set by the individual escort and can vary a lot between cities and countries.
The site is also used by trans escorts, and has a separate trans search/filter. Like most international directories, the number of tranny escorts depends heavily on the city; some places have plenty while others have almost nothing.
