Here are the simple rules that apply for picking up streetwalkers (SW's), street prostitutes and street hookers in United States of America and Canada. In European, African, Asian or South American countries some of these rules do not apply as the law and culture is a bit different. Example in some European cities you can find actual areas designated for legal street prostitution.

1) Only carry as much cash as you are willing to lose. Put all valuables (wallet, extra cash, cell phone, expensive watches etc.) in a hidden spot. Good option is to carry a nearly empty monger's wallet with you. This is simply if the hooker tries to rob you so you would not lose everything and you can just give your second wallet to them. Also with the cash you should have few bills in one pocket and few in the other. Since sometimes hookers demand more money or sell extra services which require more money and you do not want to show the whore all of your money since they usually keep demanding more and more if they see your money stash.

2) Be very cautious if the street whore on the street looks too good and clean. In most cities, street hookers do not dress in stilettos, leopard prints, or other obvious hooker outfits. 4) When you pull up to her (have the doors locked), be willing to drive away if your close up impression of her through the window is not good enough (sores, too thin, wired, dirty, stinky, sullen or "dead" eyes etc.). Street hookers are never as good as your first drive by impression. Often when they come to your car on a dark night, you will see how nasty they look compared when they are standing outside. You can always tell her you thought she was someone else and drive away, instead of telling her she looks too nasty to fuck. 5) Ask her if she needs a ride. She should immediately say "Yes" and hop right into the vehicle. Do not negotiate through the window. The monger's first test for LE: stinging decoys will not get into the car. However, be cautious. It is difficult to guard against busted streetwalkers who in order to stay out of jail may be forced to serve as decoys. They might get into your car.
