Aunty
Aunty is often used in Indian English. It is a term for an older woman, even when she is not actually related to you. In normal life it is just a polite or friendly way to address a woman who is older than yourself, often a neighbour, family friend or married woman.
In adult slang, however, Indian aunty is also used for older or mature women and can overlap with sexy terms such as MILF or mature lady. The word itself is not sexual, and calling someone "aunty" in India usually has nothing to do with sexuality. On porn, dating and adult sites, though, "aunty" often means a sexy and hot middle-aged Indian woman.
