Fields Avenue is the main red-light district of Angeles City, Philippines, sitting in the Balibago district near the former Clark Air Base. The main warnings are boring but real: phone snatching happens, room theft happens, ATM problems can happen, freelancers can steal, and beggar kids around SM Clark or 7-Eleven can swarm pockets.
