Summary

Description
English: View of the Haarlem houses (in the middle, the gray building is the Waag, or weigh house) on the Spaarne river. The white tower of the Bakenesserkerk can be seen, and to the right of that the dome behind the entrance to the Teylers Museum. Along the river, the white bridge Gravestenenbrug bars the view of tall ships moored on the riverside. The picture is taken from the bridge Melkbrug.
