Place IS still open – the June 2015 review is correct, as to location, but T-Girls ARE allowed into the bar, as long as they are with a male customer... I found my current BKK squeeze in the bar... current (Oct 2016, right after the bar closed for three days of mourning for King Rama IX...) girl price was 1500 Baht, short time Long time used (2014) to be 5k Baht, and has gone up...
I am not sure if this place is still open.

Place is a little bit hard to find, because there is only the sign you can see above on the wall, not more. Try to find the Ruamchitt Hotel sign, than right side of the hotel entry there is the way down to the Thermae Club. And there is another sign, that you are on the right place. On the stairs up to the hotel and the Bar, there will be a bunch of t-girls. They are not allowed to enter the bar, so they try to catch the customers in front of the Bar.
